Couple things to note when donating clothes and other items.

*Condition*
Once you have identified the clothes you want to donate, go through the clothes to check the condition they’re in.

*Wash*
Once you have identified items to donate, *you should wash the wearable items that you plan to donate.*

*Accessories*
If the sole is tearing on your shoe or your tie has a giant stain on the front, forget about it. *Focus on those items that will truly appeal and will be useful to those in need.*

*Label*
*Label the items that you are donating. For example, Toddler boys 2-5 years, Men Shoes, Winter jackets Adults and Kids.* This immensely helps the organizing team to sort them quickly and ship them as soon as possible.

*Donate as if you are on the receiving end!*

*Bring Items in a box or bag. Do not seal them*
